Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Change of mind

We want you to love your jewellery item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.  Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind exchange or return request for earring and ear studs products. 

Change of mind exchange or return will incur a $9.90 postage & handling fee.

Faulty items

If the items you received are faulty, please contact us immediately via replying to your oder confirmation email, and include the details of the fault (attach photos etc). Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. 

You may exchange or choose to receive a refund.

We will review your request and advise on the next step within 2-5 business days. 

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • No change of mind, exchange or refund on earring and stud earring products due to hygiene reasons
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and condition
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange or return
  • State the reason of your request to exchange or return ( e.g, change of mind, or faulty items)
  • We will review your request and advise on the next step within 2-5 business days.
